All our questions were well answered and we felt put at ease. Instead of thinking this is as good as it gets we now feel hopeful and are looking foreward to the suggested changes. Chris was lovely. She was very empathic and so easy to talk to. I can't think of anything that could be improved. You all do a wonderful job at this very difficult time and should get all the help & praise that you so justly deserve!

Everything has been done in a relaxed way - no hurrying all done very quietly. The nurse was so easy to talk to and she explained everything gently to put me at ease.

Staff are sensative & compassionate & thorough. Have struggled with the sleeves - compression and feel frustrated to get it right - I have made to measure - too tight cuts in at joint potentially will cause infection. As I am trying to go back to work - just have to grin & bear it. I have lymphredema in breast & can no longer get underwear - high st isn't adequate.

Staff are brilliant which is all you can ask from this service. The medical care they provide is second to none.
